Was set up Ajman Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration as per Amiri Decree No. (6) for the year 2004 issued by His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, under the umbrella of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the highlights of this center to exist and play the desired role in the face of the challenges in light of the latest crisis, providing better mechanisms and easiest to resolve disputes in accordance with the standards adopted internationally.

And lead Ajman Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration since its establishment a key role in supporting business and protecting the interests of the business community in collaboration with the arbitration state centers, by providing a clear vision of the challenges of national laws and legislation and overcome the difficulties that hinder the commercial activity in the country in general and in the emirate of Ajman in particular.
